Integrity Property Services History

Integrity Property Services (IPS) was founded upon the need for a strategic partnership between construction, renovation, property management and ownership within the multi-family apartment industry.

Since 2007, IPS has worked exclusively within the multifamily segment of the real estate market. It is the company’s goal to provide clients with quality workmanship and “on-time, on-budget” project completion.

In 2010, IPS diversified its capabilities further through the acquisition of Graham’s Roofing Company. This acquisition enabled the company to expand its service options and offer clients total interior and exterior rehabilitation services, making IPS a preferred vendor for all construction project needs.

In 2020, IPS grew yet again through the formation of a Military division. IPS now proudly serves both the Multifamily and Military industries as a trusted interior and exterior contractor.

IPS is a licensed, insured, and bonded general construction and building contractor.

IPS is your full-service, multifamily and military housing solutions provider.
